New build work is what we know best. We coordinate every trade in-house: groundworks, foundations, brickwork, roofing, internal first and second fix, electrical, plumbing, plastering, decorating and external finishes.
We work to architect-drawn plans and tendered quantities. Where you do not have plans yet we can introduce you to architects we work with regularly so the project starts on a solid footing.
Each project gets a fixed price and a fixed completion target. Building Control sign-off, structural calculations, party-wall agreements and warranties are all part of the package.
